The new hydraulic quickcoupler for mini excavators
With the hydraulic Lehmatic quickcouplers for mini excavators you can change your attachments quickly, safely and conveniently at the push of a button from the cab. All hydraulic mini quickcouplers lock with permanent spring pressure (HS 03H with additional hydraulic blocking) and unlock hydraulically by means of a single-acting cylinder. Therefore only one hydraulic line is required for the installation on the excavator. The new Double Lock safety lock is now also integrated for maximum safety.
NEW: Double Lock (DL) - the Plus in Safety
The new standard Double Lock safety lock prevents the attachment from falling off in the event of an incorrect locking. An additional claw attached in the middle between the receiving claws encloses the receiving shaft in a form-fitting manner immediately after the locking procedure and prevents the attachment from falling off in any position.

- Convenient changing of attachments from the driver's cab
- The driver activates the control valve via an unlockable toggle switch and locks / unlocks the quickcoupler at the push of a button. Optionally with operating unit Lehmatic Control instead of toggle switch.
- The quickcoupler is always locked securely and without play through permanent spring pressure

- Operated via unlockable toggle switch or with the Lehmatic Control operating unit
- Always secure locking through permanent spring pressure - with additional hydraulic locking of the locking pins for more powerful mini excavators from 4.8 t and heavy-duty tools such as a hydraulic hammer
- Unlocking hydraulically via a single-acting cylinder
- Optional safety assistance system Lehmatic Safety Control (LSC)
- Optionally available with load hook (2 - 3 t)
